We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at support@aventiapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@aventiapparel.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
